Childbirth and Postpartum Education

Empower yourself with our fun and engaging childbirth education classes. Classes are designed to give you confidence and peace of mind for your upcoming birth. *Bradley Method Course - These classes are designed to educate you and your partner about what is happening with your body and baby during pregnancy and delivery. It teaches you how to work with your body through relaxation and positioning so that you can work toward your goal of natural childbirth. During the series we will discuss exercise, nutrition, pregnancy, labor, birth, breastfeeding, postpartum, newborn care, and more. As a birth and postpartum doula, my goal is to provide you with as many tools as possible to help you achieve a beautiful birth. The price fo the course will be $600 which will include a workbook, videos, and handouts. If time is an issue, I also teach individual classes tailored to your needs.
